Enrollment Process

1. Enrollment Form - New agents can enroll by completing our on-line enrollment form. Simply click on the Enrollment Form link in the left-hand column of this page.

2. Form W-9 or W-8 - Form W-9 (for U.S. residents only) or the Form W-8 (for Canadian residents only) is required to complete the enrollment process. This form is available to download now by clicking on the links below. You can also download the forms when you agree to the "Terms and Conditions" prior to submitting your enrollment form.

3. Submit Form W-9 or W-8 - Original signed Form W-9 (for U.S. residents only ) or W_8 (for Canadian residents only) may be submitted by:

FAX on company letterhead to: (808) 931-1409, by
EMAIL (using a business email address) to stars@astonhotels.com,  
MAIL to Aston Hotels & Resorts: STARs Online 2155 Kalakaua Ave, 5th Flr Honolulu, HI 96815-2398. 

Forms and instructions are available at time of enrollment.

Important: Travel Agents mailing address must match the address submitted on Form W-9/W-8. 
You will be required to renew your Form W-9 or W-8 if your mailing address, TIN number or other information has changed.

4. User ID and Password Issued - Once the Form W-9/W-8 has been submitted, Aston Hotels & Resorts will send an e-mail to the agent with his/her User name and Password within 1 - 2 business days.
